Yes, some of the questions can be solved without even looking at the options, they are the numerical based questions but in some questions where they ask you to eliminate the wrong options or theoretical questions where they ask you to mark the correct options cannot be done without looking at the options. Also some questions are "eliminating the wrong choices" Types of questions, so if you look at the options the questions turn a bit simpler.
