As I can see that you have not specified any individual college that for which college you are talking about and asking about the hostel facility. So i would suggest you to ask your doubt again properly.

Now telling you generally then various colleges provide whereas some not the hostel facility. Some also provide hostel facility attached to it and we call it as a private one. If possible then you can ask to the authorities of that particular  college also for the correct and exact information regarding this.
