Hello JOHN

Yes there are a few different other counselings on the basis of JEE rank.

You can apply on CSAB NEUT,CSAB Sfti and JAC Delhi with which you can get DTU ,Nsit,iiitd

For CSAB NEUT we have to belong to North East part and I am from Jharkhand.

Hello,
Important points related to JEE Main 2019 Counselling:
There are 3 counselling processes in JEE Main JoSAA, CSAB NEUT and CSAB SFTI.
JosAA is the combined counselling for JEE Main and JEE Advanced qualified candidates.
CSAB NEUT is conducted for supernumerary seats in North East and Union Territories.
CSAB SFTI is separate counselling procedure conducted by Central Seat Allocation Board for 17 SFTIs.
The participating institutes are 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 23 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs).
