Actually the thing iis that in Andhrapradesh, neet examination is not accepted  for BVsc state quota seat dear.

This is because,
AP EAMCET is conducted for AP state quota BVSc seats.
NEET  is mandatory for only all india quota bvsc seats offered through AIPVT counselling, as some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan , AP EAMCET in AP for state quota seats
