             I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, If you select float option then it means you accepted the seat you got but you are looking for betterment in the programm/institute. So if you got some better seat then you go for it otherwise you will continue with same old seat. So Until it will be confirmed you need not pay the fee and mostly it also depends upon the institution in which you got a seat before.
