If they had declared a general result, that must be an overall merit list and not on the basis of categories. However, for civil category cutoff is around 130+ marks; for army category 75+ marks; in general candidates are given admissions upto 80-90 rank. But cutoff changes every year depending on various factors so it is difficult to tell exact data.
