Yes, Arts student can apply for law programme. CLAT is the National level exam for this programme you can apply after completing your class 12th as per the eligibility you should have completed 10+2 in any of the field with minimum 45% as a General category & 40% as areserved category. There are other exams which you can apply like AILET conducted by NLU Delhi, BLAT, IPU CET Law, PU BA LLB etc- the university level exams.

Yes, you are eligible.Any student who has passed Class 12 with 50% marks (less 5 % for reserved categories) or has appeared for the Class 12 is eligible to write CLAT and other law entrance exams.
