Yes, Arts students can join BCA.If you are interested in computer aplication,BCA is a good choice.You have to get minimum 50% marks in your PUC and some good institutes like VIT vellore, SRM Univwrsity, Symbiosis Pune, Loyola college,National institute of management Mumbai has their entrance exams which you needed to crack.
The program is for 3 years and course fees can start from 20000 to 2,00,000 depending on colleges.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) is a 3-year graduate degree course that deals in basics of computer applications. The course eligibility is 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum aggregate marks as per the institute's requirement.

so arts student can also do BCA.
