You haven't mentioned the university you wish to join. The cut offs vary from Institution to Institutions.

The basic eligibility criteria for BCA is that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% with English as their mandatory subject.

As long as you fulfil this eligibility criteria, you can apply for the course. However, admissions are based on the merit of the applicant in either the Entrance exam considered by the University or by the merit in their 10+2 qualifying examination.
