as a mechanical engineer which among SAP MM or data science should I choose to have Better salary and better future ?

Hi,

More than better prospects in future, you should  look into your interest. As these both fields are demanding now-a-days. Since, you are a mechanical engineer, SAP should be a natural choice as it is more related to your field and deals with supply chain management and related things. However data science is one of the most sought after field currently. If you have interest in coding as well as mathematics, you can also choose data science.
