It all depends on your hard work and consistency. I would advice you to prepare well and manage your time wisely. Your Physics , Chemistry and Biology would be covered easily. Since you are a NEET aspirant. For Maths , I would advice you to thorougly do NCERT only and refer to old question paper it will definitely help you a lot. Practice previous paper or sample paper will not only help you to tell the type of question that would be coming but also give you a glimpse of What you can expect from boards paper.

You have to start preparing well then for the exams. I guess you can score well in physics, chemistry and biology atleast if you've prepared sincerely for NEET entrance exam atleast. For Maths, the option that you've if you study atleast some topics from the full syllabus by which you can atleast score a bit more than passing marks. Then approximately you can hope to get around 70-75% in boards.
