Hey aspirant

Hope you are doing well. Well you can absolutely sleep for 4 hours and take my opinion sleep for at least 7 hours a day. This is because our body needs time to rejuvenate and relax and complete the metabolic process. If you don't get enough sleep you will start feeling dizzy and lethargic all day. Make sure you have a balanced diet too. If you don't give your body enough sleep your productivity will go down and eventually will affect your preparation. So, if you want to feel energetic all day, make site you fulfill the requirements of your body.

All the best

Good morning,

I hope you doing well. Dear , as per your mentioned query , you should take a proper sleep approx for 5/6 hours a day. As NEET is a national level of exam so it requires hard work and smart work too. For that you have to take proper diet and proper sleep also so that you feel fresh and understands the concepts easily and quickly.

Make a time table and keep the consistency and take a proper rest.

Hope you understand.

Revert here if any query.

Good luck :-)
