if you have a sum of 60 percentage or more than this percentage in PCB and english than you can apply.

its not necessary to score 60 percentage in each and every subject. also their is no any term given for optional subject. but you have not given all information in your question.

In PCB, English(4subjects) i got 56.25% but totally I got 62.4% in all (five)subjects as cbse12th syllabus so can we fill?? as per over all percentage of 12th board.
