As i am planning to give CAT this year to get top mba Colleges.if i am not able to score high then will choose distance mba.

Absolutely it's a good decision for you to pursue MBA. You have got quite some time now to prepare for CAT so do your best and even if you get a 60 percentile you'll get a decent college offering decent placements. It is always suggested not to go for distance MBA because it has no such importance in industry. 

So try to do regular MBA from a decent college and get some test series so you can get a hang of the type of questions asked and you can score more. Moreover there are lots of Management entrance exams you can appear for. So opportunities are many, just work towards it.
