Hello Ranjan,
Unfortunately with a rank of 92k it is not possible to get a seat in CSE branch in Dr dy patil college. You can get a seat through cet or Comedk exam if you have scored a good rank in either of them. Else only management quota or vacany quota can fetch you a seat. You can wrote various entrance test for colleges to get a seat in their respective college.
