As a General category students you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Maharashtra cutoff. You can check the previous year cutoff with the given below link.

Maximum chances are there for you getting selected into stage 2 according to last year analysis.

Last year we have a cutoff of 110.13 for general category.
