You may be facing this problem because the other centre options may be filled or may be due to some Techniqual discrepancies. You may visit the official website and contact the helpdesk regarding the problem. They may provide you with the exact reason and the solution too. Also refer the following link for more details-
https://university.careers360.com/articles/jmi-exam-centres/amp
The courses mentioned in the link, only have centre choices. Other courses will have only Delhi as their centre for examination. So, it depends on the course you choose.
