See if the website is showing you the correct image then you have nothing to worry about regarding your confirmation page. It will get updated. If not updated within 1 week you may contact the NEET helpdesk and compose mail with the screenshot showing that the website is showing the correct image but the confirmation page isn't showing it. But you should wait for some time and its highly probable that it will be updated with in some time.
