You haven't mentioned your category, or which exam you are enquiring about. So, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. You can get admission through JEE Main and Assam CEE. For IIT, you need to qualify JEE Advanced. For JEE Main, you need to have atleast 92-95 percentile approximately, to get CSE in any Government College.
