In India if you want to get assistant professor jobs CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ SET  is mandatory for that.

You might search for the websites and newspapers where various vacancies are available.

You must have done Ph.D and your academics should have been completed through 60% aggregate marks.

If you get a call letter then you must go for selection process in that particular university or college which generally consists of 3 rounds.

First one is written rest, secondly its presenting some topic and third one is the interview round.

You can apply for these jobs on online websites and apps like Monster India, naukri, shine etc.
