The eligibility criteria for AIIMS MBBS states that Candidates must have attained an age of 17 years as on December 31, 2019 and those born on or after January 02, 2003 will not be eligible to apply. There is no upper age limit. So you seem to be eligible.

Yes , there is no problem in applying for Aiims .considering your age no problem in that .

Hope your academic marks are eligible to Aiims eligibility criteria . minimum of 60% aggregate for general category 

For (SC/st ) minimum of 50% aggregate .
