*your NEET Rank Letter /score card
* provisional Allotment Letter
*your Class 10th mark sheet and certificate
* your class 12th certificate and mark sheet
*T.C
*Domicile certificate in case of state counselling
*your 8 passport size photographs
* your photo id proof ,like aadhar card or pan card or passport or driving license
* your category certificate i. e ews/obc/sc/st,only if it is applicable
*pwd certificate ,only if it is  applicable

So, being from ews, during counselling you need ews certificate

For the EWS candidate, along with the other documents an EWS certificate is very important.

They must provide the certificate if they have mentioned the EWS category during filling of the form.
