  Results declaration is totally dependent on the agency which is conducting the test. There are many reasons for not declaring the results on time like technical issues or any other miscellaneous problems which arrises in a sudden. We cannot do anything about this. Only option we have to wait till they solve the issue and declare the results. For you my suggestion is to wait for some time and you will have your results. You can check results on official website.
