Hi,

A B.Tech CSE fresher's average income in India is 3–4 LPA. TCS, Accenture, and Capgemini are all mass recruiters. They hire a lot of freshers and pay them between 3.5 and 4 Lpa. Typically, these corporations visit tier 3 colleges and hire students who meet their standards.

However, when these corporations come to NIT, they up their offer to 6–8 Lpa for lesser NITs. Package increases to 10Lpa with greater NITs. Due to the small number of higher NITs, the percentage of candidates receiving a wage of more than $8 is low.

Freshers in IITs get a good package. Companies pay more than 12 Lpa to a fresher because of tier 1 college and also because of excellent applicants.

Companies are willing to pay 10-20 Lpa to any individual who has the requisite skills, regardless of their college.

In India, the majority of computer science freshers earn between 3.5 and 4 Lpa. As a result, we can estimate that the average pay for computer science freshers is between 3.5 and 4 Lpa.

Hope that helps
