As you have mentioned the college ie, Rajkamal management college and you want to know that how much marks it is required to pass the B. Com so you must score at least 40% in each subject and overall to pass this exam but than too you should check colleges criteria it might happen that it may be different from the general criteria if it is a Autonomous college.
