Job opportunities for BPharma are there in Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Government Drug research Institutes, Indian Companies like Dr. Reddys Laboratories, Sun Pharmaceuticals,Lupin,Cipla,Piramal and then there are international drug research companies such as Johnson & Johnson,Pfizer,AbbVie,Novartis, Baxter, Covance, Novo Nordisk, Amgen,Merck,GlaxoSmithkline, Nestle, Abbott, Cipla etc.
Job profile includes that of Drug Inspector, Pharmaceutical Scientist,Medical Writer, Drug Safety Associate, Clinical Research Associate, sales and marketing executive in Pharma/ Biotech firms, etc.In addition to this, you can also open your own chemist shop. Similarly, there are various government exams based on the eligibility of graduation which you can appear such as UPSC or state PSCs, banking, insurance exams for different posts of clerk/assistant, po etc or CDS exam,you can appear for drug inspector exams as recruited from time to time.
