All b. Tech registration form is already released. UPSEE, JEE ,COMEDK are all these exam that has already conducted. All registration form for b.tech is closed now.  You have to look for next year. You cannot get chance this year. You can give exam next year. Be active on sites of different exam of b.tech.
Results is already released for these exam.
Now you can apply directly in some private Colleges based on your 12th percentage.
