I think you forgot to mention the name of College you are referring to.

For any general College, if you search that college on Careers360 App or website than you will get to know all about the College details like Courses, facilities, reviews, ratings and much more......

I am sure that you will get to know about BA application form dates, if it is available in that particular college.

If you are asking generally than the forms would be out after this COVID-19 is contained by India and everything is restored to normal.

The first year classes of every college will start on 1st September as informed by UGC in a notice.
