You seem to have missed out mentioning the name of the college for which you're enquiring, till now the application process for majority of colleges have got over such as Delhi University/BHU/CUCET for central universities etc, however admission of UG courses in DU SOL is yet to commence, and for IGNOU it's active till 11th October, check out at https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/ regarding this, anyway you can write down the name of the college you're interested to know about in the comment box below so that your query can be addressed in more proper manner, else search our site regarding any information for the same,
