No worries you can get admision in any government or private college. There's no such age factor in this course until and unless you're going for an entrance exam. The best college for BA is DU but admissions in DU are purely merit based however you can also try for BHU by giving it's entrance exam. Else there are many private colleges that will give you admissions directly.
