Both are holding  Different prospective ,When we go for BA in English it is a literature the scope is little less then B tech.Some of Scope after BA in English ..

Salary is also based on your experience but if you interested in this field then you can go but as per my recommended Btech is more scope then BA in English .

Btech is a undergraduate course duration of 4 years ,through JEE you can take admission in Various college according your interest .Btech offer more then 10 branches for aspirants like Mechanical ,Electrical,Civil,Computer science etc..After complete your graduation you can go for higher studies like Mtech with various kind of Specialization along with b-tech  you can start your literature  studies if you interest in this field .After completion of course there are lots of companies offer different kind of job for aspirants with impressive salary packages  .

So from my side b tech is far better from BA in English .
