No, Syllabus is in many languages like Hindi, English, Sanskrit or state language.it depends on the college to college. some college offers Hindi, some offer English or some offer state language.

In northern India, subjects and academic activities are in Hindi only besides physiology, anatomy etc modern subjects

Except for south India where the mode of education is mainly English, in other states of Gujarat, it's Gujarati and English.

In eastern India, it's in heir state language mainly.
