In Banglore medical college , there is no such restriction by institution committe on what to wear and what not.
But you should choose the attire that's not only comfortable for you but also symolises or atleast respects the profession you are pursuing.
So choose wisely about your attire because it always reflects, in such noble profession.
However apron is compulsary for every student .
Since there are no such restrictions on dress code so you can wear whatever you want, even Kurta.
