Clerk exam phase 1 does not have a computer test it has English language and numerical ability, reasoning subjects only.

The phase-2 exam has reasoning ability and computer aptitude possessing 50 questions of 60 marks. The total time is 45 mins. There is a negative marking of 1/4th marks.

IBPS RRB mains exam for the scale-I officer, scale-II officer, specialist cadre, General banking officer, Scale-III officer, and IBPS Clerk post, there is a separate computer test of 40 questions and 20 marks.

There is a negative marking scheme same as is mentioned above in all the exams.

The syllabus of this test mainly has internet, operating system, networking, MS Office, hardware, memory, keyboard shortcuts, basic terminologies used.

There are additional topics for IBPS RRB like hacking, Database, security tools, virus, computer language, Trojan input, and output devices.

I hope it helps.
