If your basic registration is showing 'Under Review' status, it means that your photograph, fingerprint and signature has not been reviewed and verified by the examination authorities yet. They will review your application, and if they find that your photograph and signature are according to the guidelines, and all the relevant information are given, then they will confirm your registration. But, if they find any discrepancies in your uploaded photograph, signature or fingerprint, then you may have to upload them again after correcting the discrepancies.
