No bro.... If ur caste are in central OBC list...u will come under OBC list but if you are not in Central OBC list u will come under general....
Eg my caste Pandiya vellalar
It's BC in state list.... But it doesn't come under Central OBC list.... So I comes under general category for Central government exams
