Mechanical branch of DCE Darbhanga is good in terms of faculty & lab.if u upgrade then next allotment will be based on ur choice which u filled during registration.

No you can only get the higher choices.. not lower choices than the alloted one.

And college me pahle sara original documents submit kr k fee submit krne k baad upgradation ka option puchh jaega..

Auto upgradation chahiye ya nhi..
Maine to no karwa diya.. kyuki mujhe apne choice ka college mil gya tha. And sara documents v submit kr liya tha unhone.. to kahi or janne me phir bahut dikkat hota.
