Nhi Bhai meine 1st counseling m admission Liya or upgration kr diya pr second counseling m whi college m kr diya. Kya hme upgration k liye fir se report krna pdega

If you have alresdy submitted yes to willingness status ther eis very less chnace you can edit it and most probably you shall be. Realloted the similar college with same stream or upgraded stream vased on vacancies.
