B.Com with any specialisation is good if your interest is towards the corporate secretaryship this B.Com alone don't give you the career growth along with that you may do CS company secretaryship course. BAF subjects:

Auditing
Taxation
Business Law

since the course is general in nature, you need to do a specialisation in accounting/finance higher studies to get a good start to your career. Students are given all the basic training in accounting and finance. However, it neglects other areas of commerce and trade viz., HR, export-import etc., BAF is for students who are determined to make a career in accounting & finance field.
