Bcom is a three year full time  undergraduation course divided into six semesters. It gives you knowlege in various subjects like Accounting, Finance, Economics,  Taxation, Management and law. One can do it on Regular basis or by Distance learning education both.

Now coming to your question i.e about fee structure. It depends on college to college or university to university. For example if take admission in private college it cost you high as compared to government college. Again,  fee structure for the same will depend upon college facilities and Infrastructure. It will vary.

You haven't specified the college or the area of the college so that i can answer checking the data, but still to answer your query, this is a 3year course and the fees could vary from 10,000 to 1,00,000 rupees per year, depending on the type of college. If it is a government college, then obviously the rate will be lesser than the private ones. All the best!
