As you are an engineering aspirant in Tamil Nadu, the colleges in Tami Nadu either follows the Anna University syllabus if it is affiliated to Anna University or follow the Autonomous syllabus if it is an Autonomous college.

The subjects for B.E Computer Science is not so accurate. It may vary. But, the first year is common to all departments, where you will be studying 6 subjects in semester 1 and 6 subjects in semester 2 excluding practical subjects.

After first year, you will be entering your own department of B.E CSE, where your department will have an unique syllabus and subjects. In the higher semesters of CSE, you will get approx of 5-6 subjects(excluding practical subjects).
