The last year's cut-off marks for B.Tech IT (Information Technology) vary significantly based on the specific college, entrance exam, and category of the applicant.

For top institutions like COEP and VJTI, general category candidates often need percentiles above 99.90 in MHT CET, while ST candidates might get in with around 96.00 to 96.20.

In JEE Main, the cutoff for NITs and IIITs can range from the top few thousand ranks to much lower, depending on the institute and quota.
