Hello Rashmi,

The eligibility criteria for any candidate to give examinations of Civil Services is that the candidate should have a graduation 

Degree in any discipline from any  recognized University.A candidate should have 21 years of age and upper limit is 32 for 

general candidate.so,A candidate is eligible to apply with BA+BTC as his Graduation and it doesn't  matter which stream he/she  belongs.
