Science is a very vast field. By taking PCM in 12th you have following options -

Engineering
Pilot
NDA
Research
Architecture
Govt. Services (UPSC)
Teaching line (coaching , school, college)
and a lot lot more.

By taking PCB -

MBBS
BAMS
BHMS
BSc(Vet)
BSc Hons (Research)
UPSC
ICAR
BDS
Teaching line

And a lot more again.
