Well you can choose any stream for joining Army,but preferably if you choose Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Electronics,then it will surely give you a additional preference in your interview and also while pursuing Army related studies. As in Army studies you will mainly learning Guns and their Making parts along with small circuits and all sorts of Electronic and Electrical concepts where CSE or IT won't be playing that much part.I would suggest you if you want to take Army as your Career then choose among the above disciplines.
