After 12 with science there are a number of courses and career opportunities available.

Some of it are-

Medical stream - you can do courses like MBBS, bams, BDS etc

Education stream - you can become a teacher, lecturer etc

Administrative stream- IAS , IPs, administrative and managerial post in various sectors

Engineering- courses like b.tech,b arch etc.

IT

Computers

Vaternary science

Agricultural sciences

So the opportunities are numerous it depends on your interest and likeness which career opportunities you want to choose.

There are various options, you can go for engineering,medical, pharmacy,nursing, architechture,BCA,BSc(Hons) in any of your preferred science subjects, based on the combination of subjects you have at 10+2, You can also change your stream to law,media, commerce etc.
