As per your requirement, i would say that yes there are many college offering btech in cs lateral entry.

LNMIIT, BITS PILANI and IIIT-H.

Bits Pilani and IIIT-H are of course dream institutes. For getting into Bits-Pilani(directly into second year) , you really need a good pointer. Above 9 is a must and still there are very few chances.

IIIT-H conducts a test and interviews the shortlisted candidates. Refer their official site.

Amity, LPU, etc too offers lateral entry.

Confirm about all the  colllege in their official site about their courses and fees and admission structure.
