Amity university (lucknow  and noida ) is better in bio tech than others because b.sc and b.tech and integrated means all degree you get here .IIEIT ,Gorakhpur is also provide b.tech in bio tech.

Although there are not many renowned colleges for biotech in UP. You can opt for Sardar vallabhai university of agriculture and technology. They offer BTech in biotech. Other colleges are Amity. Other colleges offer M.Sc. in biotech.
