You can apply for MBA in Information systems and security and then pursue this specialization or else look for online MBA program which is offering this course like American University, Baylor University, Brenai University, California State University etc

see there is few institute in india which offer mba course on cyber security , generally cyber security is related with information technology, software programming, data science, business analytics etc. so in most of the university offers mtech or msc in cyber security.
