Hey!There
As you are completed diploma in computer science then you can look for state engineering college.State engineering college will be best for you if you want take admission via lateral entry.If you are not interested in admission through lateral entry then you can appear for JEE MAINS for getting admission in NITs or IIITs.And you can go with also IITs if you get decent score in JEE ADVANCE..
